The poke bowl became our flagship F&B promotion at one of our restaurants, TFG, during the summer. To maximize its reach, we developed a marketing strategy that leveraged influencer collaborations on social media. We contacted a diverse range of influencers, including fitness and food enthusiasts, as well as various fitness centers, to initiate social media campaigns, giveaways, and fitness classes.
Through strategic partnerships with them, our goal was to promote our poke bowls in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle. This online presence significantly increased The Langham Hong Kong's brand visibility and boosted revenue to our F&B department.
